Hotel overview
Located just off the A3 autobahn, this no-frills hotel provides straightforward accommodations with functional, freshly renovated rooms. It caters well to travelers seeking practicality rather than luxury. The on-site restaurant serves a modest menu blending Croatian and German dishes, featuring plentiful portions and fresh ingredients. Guests can unwind in the adjoining beer garden, a low-key spot favored by locals.
The property’s convenient location puts travelers within easy reach of Erlangen’s cultural highlights, including the Botanischer Garten and Kunstpalais Erlangen art gallery, roughly a 10 km drive away. Its proximity to the NürnbergMesse trade fair also makes it a practical choice for business visitors, located about 37 km from the venue.
Staff are consistently praised for friendly and helpful service, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment despite a busy house and restaurant. Free Wi-Fi and parking add travel ease, while pet-friendliness opens doors for those journeying with animals. While lacking luxury extras such as a pool or fitness center, the hotel’s straightforward approach matches the needs of road trip travelers and casual visitors alike.

“Schönes Restaurant mit Wintergarten und Sonnenterrasse. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen geht geht in Richtung kroatisch - deutsche Küche. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist überschaubar , es gibt von Cevapcici über Grillteller bis Schnitzel und Braten, natürlich auch Salate und Vegi. Die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und gut.”
